Every bespoke rug begins with a vision - yours. Our role is to translate that vision into a piece that is both a design statement and a work of enduring craftsmanship.

From first sketch to final weave, we guide the process with expertise, ensuring it is as seamless for your team as it is inspiring for your project.

It starts with your brief, where scale, purpose, and design direction are defined. Our in-house team then develops CAD visuals and curated colour palettes, allowing you to refine every detail with precision before production begins.

To give you complete confidence, we produce tactile samples that capture the exact look and feel of the finished rug.

Production timelines vary by technique: hand-tufted rugs can be delivered in as little as two months, while hand-knotted pieces - crafted for prestige and longevity - take four months or more. Once complete, delivery is managed with white-glove care, with optional installation to ensure the rug sits perfectly within its intended space.

With access to more than 700 existing designs - or the freedom to create something entirely new - our bespoke service balances creative expression with the heritage of artisanal rug-making.
